The Vaad Hakashrus Of Miami-Dade

Kosher Miami, The Vaad HaKashrus of Miami-Dade, is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that was founded in 2002 to supervise and certify retail establishments and commercial companies that cater to the Kosher consumer in the local South Florida area, and the Southeastern Unites States.

Kosher Miami adheres to only the strictest standards of Kashrus.
